The independent examination of the Lambourn Neighbourhood Development Plan has reached its next stage, with the appointed Examiner issuing a series of detailed questions to both Lambourn Parish Council and West Berkshire Council. The questions seek clarification on a range of matters, including environmental policies, climate change, housing allocations, heritage, accessibility and proposed amendments to the Plan.
The responses will help inform the Examiner’s final recommendations before the Plan can progress further. In the interests of transparency, the Examiner has requested that both the letter and the councils’ responses are published.
