The Lambourn Neighbourhood Development Plan was formally submitted to West Berkshire Council on the 16th of February 2026, following the completion of the final community consultation and review process. This Submission marks the culmination of several years of research, evidence gathering and public engagement led by Lambourn Parish Council and the Steering Group. Once submitted, West Berkshire Council will undertake a statutory review, followed by an independent examination to ensure that the Plan meets national and local planning requirements. If approved, it will proceed to a community referendum and, once adopted, will hold statutory weight alongside the West Berkshire Local Plan.
