Schedule 12 of the Local Government Act 1972 requires a record to be kept of the members present and that this record form part of the minutes of the meeting. Public Conveniences Update

To Note that as per item 244-06/23 of the May 2023 Meeting. After discussing with the Deputy Clerk, it was determined that the planned “open on demand” approach to log usage would not be practical and alternatives were duly investigated. The provision and installation of sensor and counter equipment for around £20.00 was determined as a more practical solution if council agrees.
