1. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING TO BE APPROVED
    Proposal to confirm minutes of the meeting on Tuesday 5th July 2022.

    Proposal to review the spend to date for 2022-23 and budgets for the next financial year using the formats previously agreed.
  3. MARKET AND HALL USE
    Information on Hall and Market use in the year to date.
  4. MARKET CROSS
    Proposal to agree arrangement of a Conservators Report for the Market Cross with a view to the report serving as the basis for a grant application to the Heritage Trust.
  5. SALT BINS
    Proposal to accept costs for Salt bin replacements and refills this winter based on information provided by the Assistant Clerk
  6. STREETLIGHTS
    An update from the Chair on the next phases of the streetlight replacement project.
  7. MEMORIAL HALL HEATING
    Proposal for the Committee to agree to formulate a contingency plan to address the aging boiler and heating system.
    Proposal to obtain an EPC rating for the Hall.
    Proposal to review the Electricity contract for the Hall.
  8. MEMORIAL HALL BOOKINGS
    Proposal to agree an end date for the 6-booking special offer.
    Proposal to consider whether the Allotments Society should pay a reduced rate to hold their AGM in the Memorial Hall given that their work supports the Parish Council.
  9. MEMORIAL HALL REFURBISHMENT
    Proposal for the Committee to agree specialist cleaning of the Memorial Hall façade and renovation of woodwork and boards so that it provides a welcoming exterior and is in keeping with the standards expected in an AONB.
    Proposal for the Committee to agree remaining items to form part of Hall and Office refurbishment according to the available budget. Discussion to include rear room divider, office fire door with glazed panel, painting of passageway wall, office chairs and possible purchase of a portrait of King Charles III.
  10. HALL & STREET TRACKER REVIEW
    Committee to review items in progress on the Hall & Street Tracker and reach
    decisions where required.
