Due to the road closure in Eastbury due to the flooding and road condition, West Berkshire Council will not be attempting any recycling (including food and garden waste) collections today through the main part of the village. A smaller vehicle will be sent out this morning via East Garston to attempt food waste collections from properties prior to the road closure at that end of the village. This collection crew will provide feedback as to whether the larger recycling and garden waste vehicles should attempt any collections from these same properties.
